Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
do i need a lawyer
my daughter is on probation for credit card fraud and forgery. she was later charged with obstruction of justice a misdermenor but not show up for court,she was pulled over last night and arested. they have not set bail does she need a lawyer for that.

yes she definitely needs a lawyer, fta or failure to appear is reason deny bond and the new arrest is reason to revoke her bond as well as fta, she needs council now...
