is it legal for the police to bust your home with a warrant that have the wrong address on the warrant

If you mean that the police accidentally bust into your home thinking they were at the right address, as long as it was an honest mistake, no harm no foul. If the police damaged property (like your front door, by kicking it in), they will have to repay you for that.
