legal question
i was given a year probation for assault and battery in 2004 but violated weeks later by moving back to baltimore can my probation be transferred here to baltimore? or is there a statute of limitation on a violation of probation?

Transfer of probation can occur. Speak with an attorney before a violation. If a violation occurs then you are subject to a warrant.
