Is it legal for a school official to take a photo of a body of my 16 year old son and turn if over to the police without my without my permission

A nude body, or a body part? If it is his, YES because his face is exposed to the public every day. IF it is his upper back, maybe NOT. Give us the rest of the details, because the reality is IF your son is involved in a rape or an armed robbery, and then made a confession, it may NOT matter that the police violated some law when they requested that the SRO (school resource officer) take a photo of your son.
