Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Level of charge for impersonating a police officer
I am trying to find documentation for the level of charges for impersonating a police officer, Georgia code 16-10-23. I have researched extensively and can only find a description of the charge. I must have written documentation for the level of this charge for my employment registration status. Please Help!!!

It is a felony punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.00 or a sentence of one to five years or both.
