Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
we live in Florida my 19 year old son was pulled over for speeding in cook county Georgia and was arrested for having drug related objects (16-13-1) , possession of marijuana (less then 1 oz.)(16-13-2(b) and also speeding in excess of maximum limits(40-6-181). It cost my husband and I a little over $1100.00 to bail him out and we are wondering what to expect when we take him to court on june 8th.
