Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
How long can the prosecution wait to retry a misdemeanor case in Georgia? They lost the case and seem as though they are letting it sit so it can stay on the accused record. Its been a 1yr and half since trial where there was a 5-1 in favor for the accused but they need a unanimous vote.
