Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
How long will he serve?
My son's stepfather was convicted of 2 counts of aggravated child molestation in Georgia. His sentencing is in 10 days. I have read georgia code 17.10.6.1 and it seems to tell me that the guy could get 10-30 years or 20-60 I am not sure how to interpret the section d of this page of the code. Any insight?
