Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I lost my library card in another state and it was used to check out about 11 or more really large and expensive books. I was trying to get information on how to proceed with this. And if 8 could make payments when I had to leave because of an emergency. Am I going to be prosecuted. It has been a couple of months and I don't know what to do. I am homeless off and on but have small income and would like to set up payment plan. But scared to contact them. I also need to get my ID where I am presently living but afraid there may be a warrant because of this. How do I proceed

Why are you wanting to pay them for what a thief did? That makes NO sense. I assume you made a police report on the lost/stolen card. Anyone would do that. It costs nothing besides your time. And if you give the library a copy of that report, you shouldn't have a problem. Why haven't you given them the report? Do that today.
