Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Loud Neighbors
What legal action can I take against a homeowner who rent a home that has loud tenants? I've called the police, I've videoed taped the parties. I want it to stop

Re: Loud Neighbors
You can sue for the nuisance created, or at least allowed to occur, by the neighbor.
