Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

If a man is convicted of child molestation of his 16 yr old niece, simply touching her breasts clothed..2 1/2 yrs prior, and the girl does not testify, what would the sentence most likely be, if the man has no prior record, and the only evidence is an audio recording statement from the girl and the uncle..Thanks!

Since he is likely going to prison and be registered for life as a sex offender, he should have a lawyer, who will be able to answer him.

The 2.5 years has nothing to do with anything, because he chose to make bond and delay the inevitable. The girl does not need to testify because it is recorded, she only need appear in court. WHat is his audio statement? A confession that he did it? I suspect that he is looking at 5 to 10 years in prison, with sex offender registry to follow for the remainder of his life.
