Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Marijuana laws
My boyfriend is on felony probation. There are 3-4 people living in one apartment and also alot of people in and out. His probation officer searched the house and found some weed. I took the blame so he wouldn't serve ten years. But if no one really knew it was there is there a way that we can get out of it without anyone getting the charge??

Because you confessed to ownership of the marijuana, you will probably be charged.
