Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
im a minor and have been charged with battery, but i was self defense, i even have a witness to state it was self defense, what would be my outcome in court?

If your witness appears in court, you have no prior record and you hire the right attorney to present the case to the jury, you should be found not guilty. If your witness becomes unavailable or you hire the wrong attorney, you will rpobably lose. Good luck.
