Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have a misdemeanor on my record from 12 years ago and i wanted to get my record sealed or expunged. I was just wondering if i could do this myself without hiring an attorney, and if i could do it myself please let me know what all i have to do. Thank you for your time.

If you want to make sure the case stays on your record for life, do it yourself.
If you want to succeed, hire counsel. Counsel will first help you to assess if yours is a case with a likelihood of success, and, if it is, he can help you.
