I am nine months pregnant with a special needs child at home. I am going to be charged with forgery and theft by deception. Will I have to face any jail time?

Possibly. You haven't given us any relevant facts. Your chances of jail are far higher without a lawyer than with one.

Whether or not you face jail time is a function of the amount of money taken, period of time during which the money was taken, your prior record, etc. What is NOT important to the judge in considering what your sentence will be is your children. Good luck.
