I am the mother of a 12 yr old. After a football game today a parent went onto the field and threated my child. The parent threatened to kick his ***.Can I fill charges against this person on my sons behalf?

You can speak to the police/sheriff. How far that goes or how seriously they treat it would be a guess. Whether that is even a good idea, depends on many other facts and is up to you to decide.
