Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
We have a neighbor who has been harrassing our minor children for 6 years. Anything from calling the police for frivilous reasons, to putting his hands on our son's moving car, to standing in his driveway staring at our kids in our yard, to aggressive driving toward our teen drivers. What do we do?

If a crime has been committed, call the police. Otherwise, you chose to not provide any facts at all. We don't know what you mean by "harassing," "aggressive driving," or how he put his hands on a moving car. We don't know why he called the police, and what the police said about it. With no facts and only vague comments, no one can tell you what to do other than 1) move, or 2) avoid the neighbor.
