Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My niece is a drug addict and is living with my mother. My mother is afraid to ask her to leave because she is afraid of being harmed. No one will do anything to help my mother. Is there anything legal that can be done. My mother even said she wanted to kill her self to get out of the situation. As her son I've tried talking to my nieces mother but she has said there is nothing she can do. Can you help me!

If she has drugs in the house, call law enforcement and have them come over and look for the drugs
If they find drugs in her possession, custody or control they most likely will arrest her
Then tell the ofgucers to have the Judge write on her bond that she cannot have any contact with your mother or come within 500 feet of her or her house or her work
Make those conditions part of the bond order
