However if they do, you obviously want to make sure that you are getting the best deal possible. Youcan use a nolo plea, only if the judge accepts a nolo plea (it is totally up to the judge). There are better options than a nolo plea. Just to be clear: A nolo plea is a conviction, and will suspend your driver's license. Yes, even if the marijuana had nothing to do with the car. I suggest you sit down with a criminal attorney.
