what does nolocontinder mean if you plead that,if you are not guilty but can't prove it at the time?

It simple means "no contest". Depending on the charge it can help with the outcome of the punishment via the court or, in traffic offenses, via the state administrative process. But it counts as a conviction unless otherwise noted.
