Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I'm going through a non-contested divorce and I had a tip from someone that knows my husband, they told me to check a video recorder for possible porn. I found the recorder and he has taped a video of us having sex without my knowledge or consent. What legal action can I take ?

First of all, you do not want him to be distributing this, so make sure no one can get ahold of this tape. Discuss this with your divorce attorney, as his taping you without consent may become an issue in your divorce. It is possible that there could be criminal charges involved, but you may not want to go that route, as the tape would then become evidence, taking possession of it out of your hands, so discuss this with your divorce attorney as well.
