Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

In November, I called the ambulance to my home for my 13 year old daughter. She had been missing for two hours, and when I found her, alone and nearly unconcious in another residence, I brought her home. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that two men, one 18 and one 21 had bought alcohol for 4 underage girls, the youngest being my daughter and the oldest being 15. Also, one of the boys has been charged with the sexual assault of one of those girls and we are waiting on the result of the sexual assault kit on my daughter. At the time of the investigation, the detective told me that the original officer who had been called to my home had mentioned charging both girls with possession of alcohol, but no more was ever said. Now, I have just gotten a letter in the mail dated December 21,2009 saying that a juvenile complaint was filed that alleges that my daughter committed the offense of Possession of Alcohol by a Minor and I have an appointment to go to a conference at the Juvenile Justice building. How should I handle this? There wasn't any alcohol present either at the residence I picked her up from and there certainly wasn't any alcohol here, although all of the girls admitted to drinking the alcohol and my daughter's BAC was nearly fatal.
