First offenders Act
I was arrested on 7/3/02 for simple poss of marijuane. I was wanting to pled the first offenders act. I had a criminal background check and when I was 17 I was arrested for dangerous drugs offense, but I was never convicited of it, I never went to court. Also sence I was 17 can it be used against me since I was a minor at the time.Can I plead the first offenders act?
