Has your forgery case been resolved? In other words, have you entered into a plea agreement or faced trial? If so, something happened as a result (the disposition). You were either found not guilty, the charges were dropped, you were found guilty and sentenced. Whatever happened, there is a record of it. Go down to the Court where the case is located and ask the criminal clerk for a copy of your case file.

You did not give enough information, however, as a general rule, NEVER offer evidence about any criminal activity (alleged or otherwise, to law enforcement, DA, Solicitor, investigator, Judge, etc, or prospective employer or other private citizen) without first consulting with an attorney and do so ONLY with an attorney present; especially if the alleged charges are pending or subject to renewal by the State

Look for local criminal defense counsel in Ft Valley area

Good Luck
