Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

officer in my home

do i have to answer any ? or may i ask him to leave. He was there for my son because the neighbor was making a formal complaint . The officer got rude to me and i asked him to leave. he then took me to jail?????

You do not have to answer questions but it depends on how rude you were with the officer. If you made a scene or were belligerent then of course he is going to arrest you.
