Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Open Container (Nolo?)
I received an open container ticket outside of a bar and was unable to pay the fine. It's my first offense and was wondering if pleading nolo would be the best option. If not, what would be the best option?

Re: Open Container (Nolo?)
If you've already been fined, your case is over and it's too late for any plea, including a nolo. A fine happens only after a plea or conviction.
