Call an attorney or the public defenders office in the county in which the warrant is issued. Many times it is just a fine that needs paid. If possible jail is involved and you have never been arraigned, you may have to show up personally. A lot of courts will permit the lawyer to handle the arraignment without you. But that depends on the location.

I would recommend that you speak with a GA attorney who could possibly arrange for the warrant to be lifted if certain conditions are met or negotiate a bond and other terms if you would like to turn yourself in. Please feel free to give me a call for a free consultation.
