Is there any way that a parent can get a paper signed to make it ok for their 16 year old daughter to engage in sexual activity with a 18 year old man

A horrible excuse for a parent can do many disgusting things to ruin their child's life. An article today discusses a parent who tries to sell her daughter's virginity. Those parents deserve whatever consequences that come their way (and most likely much more).
