if my parents are treatening by telling him htat they are going to beat him and they have 5 or 6 other people wanting to fight him my 19 year old fiancee i am 17 can he press charges agianst them

You've kept posting different questions about the same facts. You've already been told in another answer that he is possibly going to jail for seeing you. As stated before, if you do not want that to happen, do not talk to him again until you are 18.

And bear in mind this is a public forum. Your parents, and the police, can see what you post here. You could be helping him into a jail cell if he is foolish enough to continue to see you.
