Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

If you're on parole in Kentucky, live in Georgia and get in trouble, get released.they come back and arrest again to hold you just in case Kentucky wants them but they don't. been in jail over 3 weeksWrite back when it has been three months. Three weeks does not determine if KY wants him or not. Well it's been almost a year
