I'm currently on Parole and recently been charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana under an ounce. What should i expect to happen when I inform my parole officer?

You should expect that your parole officer will arrest you and hold you in jail while you await a parole revocation hearing, since you violated your parole. Good luck.

Depending upon your relationship with your parole officer, you will likely be charged with violating the terms and you will go before the judge presiding over your case and he will determine whether you serve the rest of your sentence in jail.
If you wish to retain a lawyer to assist you with your revocation hearing, contact my office and schedule an appointment to discuss your case.
