Parole violation
Failed drug screen while on probation.Is there any chance of not having to go to jail?

That will depend upon a lot of factors. 1. How long you have been on probation 2. You probation officer's position 3. How well you have done on probation in the past 4. What drug you were positive for 5. What you were on probation for in the first place 6. If this is the first time you were positive 7. If you were honest with your probation officer.
In any case, you need to have an attorney help you with this matter. It is likely that you will go to jail if you were on probation for drugs and you have not been on probation very long or you have not completed the other terms of your probation and you have not been a good probationer (missed reporting, not paid all your fees, don't get along with your probation officer, etc).
