Parole

If i was given 2 years for Escape, did a 1 1/2 yrs incarcerated, got out on parole and absconded, with no new charges, could they make me redo the whole 2 yrs or finish the 2 yrs, i was originaly sentanced to?

Once you were released on parole, you fall under the parole violation umbrella. Assuming no new charges and ONLY a parole violation for failing to report, You could face up to a year for a violation.

Obviously, given the underlying charge and you absconding, they're not going to look too kindly on this situation.
