Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Part of my bond states that I'm Not allowed to possess any "Dangerous Weapons"
....O.C.G.A. � 16-11-121 Lists weapons such as Shotguns, Rocket Launchers, Silenced Guns, And Machine Guns. ....Does this mean I am still allowed to posses a pistol or a semi-auto Rifle?
