Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
if someone pawn something they aren't supposed to and the pawn shop files a suit can the suit be dropped if the person who did the pawn pays back the pawn shop

What did the pawn broker sue for? You left out that information. What damages did they suffer because of the incident? We don't have the complaint. If you want to know what they will take to settle, call their lawyer.
