whatever the judge indicates the penalty will be. there are no class four in GA. I suspect that you mean schedule 4 drugs. The penalty for a sale will be harsher than a possession charge, and IF you sold to an undercover, I suspect that you may have been a target. You probably need an attorney. There is no such thing a4 class 4, but you could face years in prison and should have already obtained a criminal lawyer.
