Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

A person with a long crimal history was caught bringing a small quanity of pot and several pills into a correctional institution. He provides a false name upon being booked and several days later the mistake is discovered. The police officer who makes the arrest has a criminal history. I would like to know the areas in which "chain of custody" for evidience cant be used for dismaissal. i would like to know which areas of a case you would look for weakness. It took place at a Prison in georgia, Mutliple parties and agenicies were involved. What area would you look to disprove the "false idenity" charges, under which circumstances could they be beatable.\\\

As the others here have mentioned, if you're a career criminal, you already should have a good lawyer. Actually not a single thing in the hodgepodge of legal terms you mentioned sounds liuke it would have much to do with defense of such a case, and the smart thing to do would be to call a good lawyer to determine what actual defenses exist and the best strategy for the defense may be.
