Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
can a person who plead guilty to a 20 yr prison sentence for a CC fraud who also was tried as a recidivsm appeal their sentence? or can we hire a lawyer to have a sentence reduction? im wondering before i start paying for an attorney

The person pled guilty. So, there is no appeal on the sentence. If the sentence was a legal sentence, the only things you can do are: (1) withdraw the sentence and go to trial; or (2) file for a sentence reduction. See website for info on retaining the right attorney: www.lawrencelewispc.com
