Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I would like to know, if a person is on probation from two counties, has been released from prison after doing 4 years, then is picked up on a felony released from jail on a property bond and then a warrant is issued for this person to be picked up by the two counties he is on probation from for "violation of probation" what is the probability of this person returning to prison and about how much time would they receive? the violation was "failure to register as a sex offender" which is a felony in Georgia.

itis highly likely that the person will return to prison, but a large part of it will depend on the representation he hires. My website is: www.lawrencelewispc.com

Based upon the limited information in your post, it is highly likely the individual will spend time back in prison (a warrant REQUIRES his arrest and detention). How well or badly he does after that depends in significant part on whether or not he retains legal counsel.
