what happens to a person property if bust for drugs, but a family member has power of attorney over the property.

Need more info to answer the question. If your car was seized during a drug transaction, but your sister has power of attorney over the car, I suspect the police will still try and take the vehicle in a forfeiture action. Good luck.

The police can possibly take the property and the power of attorney is irrelevant.
