Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If person A recorded conversations with person B without their knowledge then let person C listen to it. Is this unlawful ease dropping? If so can A and B face charge or just A?

In Georgia, a person can generally record conversations to which they are a party, with or without the other persons knowledge or consent. In this situation, the answer to your question is probably neither.
