Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I had a person tell me that she switched urine samples on her pre-hire drug test. She thought she was owed this job and knew she had recently smoked pot. She got the job - driving forklifts - but was later fired for other reasons. Additionally, she told me she's using a daily babysitter that's really inexpensive. Previously, I guess before money was an issue, she told me she would not let her two girls go to the babysitter's house because the lady's son has shown sexually deviant behavior on multiple occasions. This person also lies a lot. My question is what am I legally (and morally) required to do with this information. I'm sickened to have heard this. I'm sure a DNA test from the drug testing place could tell if she did indeed switch samples. I'm not looking to open a can of worms, but I don't want to withhold information if it needs to be reported. Thank you.

Look up the word quidnunc, and then print it on a T-shirt for yourself. Get real. You are worried about a substitute urine sample for a job she no longer has. Are you a millionaire with 8% body fat? No, then you have other things to worry about.
