Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If a person has 5 years on probation and they get in trouble with the law again when the person goes to court can the judge give them 10 years or are they suppose to gave him the years he had left on probation in which the person has already done 3 years?

That is a question for the person's lawyer. No one here knows all the facts, and you provided none. A guess here also would not matter to the Judge or change the outcome.
