Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Plea Bargin
My husband took a plea bargin and pleaded guilty to two counts of aggaravted assult. My question is
he was never arrested on the aggaravted assaut charges he pleaded to. he was arrested on another charge and was bailed out on that one only. he felt pressured and had to make a decision on trial or plea and had about 20 minutes to decide and he was not able to talk to his family about it. do we have any legal rights since he was not arrested on those charges?
