Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Plea deal
My son took a plea deal in which he was suppose to go to a work program; the d.a., judge, my attorney and my son signed this deal. Instead, he was sent to State prison. Is there someone I can sue? and if so, how do I do that MYSELF?

Re: Plea deal
Was one of the conditions of the plea that if there wasn't enough bed space for the work program that he would have to serve time? I would have to look at the plea agreement.
