Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Plea rights
I know that I waived rights to a trial but if I pleaded to something for employment reasons that I was not responsible for is there any way to retract the sentence from a judge and request a new trial?

You can try. Get an attorney who knows what they are doing to help. I cover Georgia if you are interested in talking further.
