Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I plead guilty to a DUI and received 90 days in jail. I went yesterday to turn myself in at the jail as I was ordered but the jail said they had no record of me and they wouldn't take me. Today I called the judge but he is out. His secretary said she talked to the jail and they were ready for me today. Since I was supposed to be there yesterday and was there at the correct time and they screwed up do I have any legal reason to not go turn myself in today?

You are playing games. There was some miscommunication, and so you think now you don't have to turn yourself in at all. GO with that. So, that the judge can violate your probation and sentence you to more than 90 days AND take you on the same day with no turn in. SO, there will be no more confusion.

If you don't go, the other 9 months of your sentence that are probated will become jail time, so as I am sure your lawyer has told you, turn yourself in.
