Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
i pled first offender to burglary in 2006 now im recently in jail on a probation hold i havent been in trouble and i was ongood standing i have 6 yrs left on probation i go before the judge and im trying to see could i recieve time?

You could go to prison and need a lawyer.

I would expect you to go to prison. You received probation on the burglary, when you could have gotten 20 years in prison. Before you completed half of your probation, you violated your probation. Six years remaining, means you were on probation for less than six years (2011-2006). I would expect that you are going to prison (maybe not for the balance of six years), but to prison nonetheless.
