can police come back after you have been taken into custody?
police executed a warrant at my home and took me and a roomate of 3 days to jail the next morning a police officer went in to read this guy an arrest warrant and he told them that he woudl tell them where my drugs were if they would let him go. he gave them parmission to search his room and they found a large quantity of drugs? is this legal? he was a visitor and had no right to consent much less the drugs were in his room how can they be mine?

If he's a resident, he can consent to a search, especially to a search of his room. I have no clue how they are going to prove that drugs found in his room are yours. That's something you'll have to find out later on once you get the discovery.
