The police department forgot to read me my rights and denied me any ability to get a lawyer will the case be droped

What case? How did they deny your ability to get a lawyer and for how long? No one here knows a thing about your case, but if you have been charged with a crime you need a good criminal lawyer (if it is important to you). Only on TV do police HAVE to read you your rights.
How are the police still stopping you from getting an attorney. You are on-line because you do not have an attorney. So, when you appear in court without an attorney, the judge will laugh at your suggestion that the police prevented you from getting an attorney.
